After a roaring first half of 2023 with 6 FPSO awards, the pace has slowed down dramatically with no major awards, with the exception of Samsung’s $1.5 Billion EPC contract for an FLNG in Canada in Jan 2024. Petrobras has tenders in progress for 6 FPSOs, but did not place any orders last year - the first time since 2016.
